With a combined square footage of 4500 sq ft, it is ideal for receptions, sit down dinners or multi-part events which require a separate cocktail hour space, dance floor and DJ or live band.

Expanding your event space to include the Bar off of the Garden Room makes for an ideal setup for intimate sit down dinner events with a separate space for cocktail hour. The vintage bar features the original brass drink rail & white quartz top accompanied by modern globe lamps with low voltage Edison bulbs to set the mood.

Adjacent to the Garden Room, the Bar & Lounge features a vintage beer & wine bar, multiple private booths, and lounge seating looking onto our private rooftop terrace. Its vintage decor and mood lighting make it an ideal room to host more intimate events such as networking mixers, happy hours, meetings, and smaller social functions.

TERRACE - FULL EXTERIOR
Those looking to host a large celebration or event on a rooftop can rent the full terrace which includes both the Terrace Bar & Grill and the Tiki Bar & Lakeview. The Bar & Grill and Tiki Bar can both function as bars and with quick access to our commercial kitchen, freight elevator, and its own bathrooms, the combined outdoor space enables ease of hosting large scale events.

TERRACE - TIKI & LAKEVIEW
With sweeping views of Lake Merritt and Uptown Oakland, the Tiki Bar is the centerpiece of the terrace.
